Account Information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

When you connect third-party services (such as Gmail, LinkedIn, iMessage, calendar applications, or other platforms), we access and process data from those sources to build your relationship graph. This may include email metadata (sender, recipient, subject, timestamps), message content, calendar events, contact records, and social media connections.

Usage Data. We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, search queries, session duration, and device information (browser type, operating system, IP address).

AI Query Data. When you use our natural language query features, we process your queries to generate responses. Query history is stored to improve your experience and may be used to improve our AI models in aggregate, anonymized form only.

Infrastructure. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud providers with physical security, network isolation, and continuous monitoring.

Access Controls. We enforce strict role-based access controls internally. Employee access to customer data is logged, audited, and limited to what is necessary for support and operations.

Zero-Knowledge Option. Premium plan subscribers may enable zero-knowledge encryption, where data is encrypted with a key derived from your passphrase that we never see or store. Under this mode, we cannot access your data even if compelled by legal process.

We do not sell your personal data. We never have and never will sell, rent, or trade your personal information or relationship data to third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose.
