Jetwork, Inc. ("Jetwork," "we," "us," or "our") operates the jetwork.ai platform and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our products, website, and services.

By using Jetwork, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Data We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

Account Information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Connected Data Sources. When you connect third-party services (such as Gmail, LinkedIn, iMessage, calendar applications, or other platforms), we access and process data from those sources to build your relationship graph. This may include email metadata (sender, recipient, subject, timestamps), message content, calendar events, contact records, and social media connections.

Usage Data. We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, search queries, session duration, and device information (browser type, operating system, IP address).

AI Query Data. When you use our natural language query features, we process your queries to generate responses. Query history is stored to improve your experience and may be used to improve our AI models in aggregate, anonymized form only.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Jetwork platform
• Build and maintain your unified relationship graph through entity resolution
• Power AI-driven search, briefings, and network intelligence features
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional communications (account confirmations, security alerts, billing notices)
• Send product updates and feature announcements (you may opt out at any time)
• Detect, prevent, and address security threats, fraud, and technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your personal relationship data to train machine learning models on an individual basis. Any model improvements use strictly anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be traced back to any individual user or their contacts.

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-leading security measures to protect your data:

Encryption at Rest. All stored data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption, the same standard used by financial institutions and government agencies.

Encryption in Transit. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is protected using TLS 1.3, the latest and most secure version of the Transport Layer Security protocol.

Infrastructure. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud providers with physical security, network isolation, and continuous monitoring.

Access Controls. We enforce strict role-based access controls internally. Employee access to customer data is logged, audited, and limited to what is necessary for support and operations.

Zero-Knowledge Option. Premium plan subscribers may enable zero-knowledge encryption, where data is encrypted with a key derived from your passphrase that we never see or store. Under this mode, we cannot access your data even if compelled by legal process.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We never have and never will sell, rent, or trade your personal information or relationship data to third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose.

We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers. We work with a limited number of service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery). These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the services they provide to us and must meet our security standards.
• Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental regulation. Where permitted, we will notify you before making such a disclosure.
• Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or use of your personal data.

Essential Cookies. Required for authentication, security, and core platform functionality. These cannot be disabled.

Analytics Cookies. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how users interact with our platform. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You may opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings or our cookie preferences panel.

• Right to Portability. You may export your data at any time through the platform's export feature, or by contacting us. Data is provided in standard formats (JSON, CSV).
• Right to Rectification. You may request correction of any inaccurate personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Restrict Processing. You may request that we limit how we process your data in certain circumstances.
• Right to Object. You may object to certain types of data processing, including processing for direct marketing purposes.

7. GDPR Compliance

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we process personal data under the following legal bases as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Contractual Necessity. Processing required to provide the services you have subscribed to.
• Legitimate Interest. Processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as improving our services and preventing fraud, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Consent. Where required, we obtain your explicit consent before processing (e.g., marketing communications, optional analytics).

We offer data residency in the European Union for customers who require it. You may designate your data region during account setup or by contacting support.

If you believe we have not adequately addressed your data protection concerns, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. CCPA Compliance

For California residents, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides additional rights:

• Right to Know. You may request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources of collection, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share information.
• Right to Delete. You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Right to Opt Out of Sale. We do not sell personal information. As such, there is no need to opt out, but we honor any such request as a matter of principle.
• Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Specifically:

• Active Accounts. Data is retained for the duration of your account.
• Deleted Accounts. Upon account deletion, we remove all personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be attributed to any individual may be retained for analytics purposes.
• Backups. Encrypted backups containing your data may persist for up to 90 days after deletion, after which they are permanently purged.
• Legal Obligations. We may retain certain data as required by applicable law (e.g., billing records for tax compliance).

10. Children's Privacy

Jetwork is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete that information promptly. 11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
