Getting Started

Getting started with Jetwork takes under a minute.

  1. Go to app.jetwork.ai and click Sign Up.
  2. Enter your email address and choose a password, or sign up with Google for one-click access.
  3. Verify your email address by clicking the link we send to your inbox.
  4. You will land on your dashboard, ready to connect your first data source.

Your free plan includes up to 500 contacts, full access to AI requests, and the Network Galaxy visualization. No credit card required.

Jetwork becomes powerful once it has data to work with. Here is how to connect your first source:

  1. From your dashboard, click the Integrations tab in the left sidebar.
  2. Choose a platform to connect (Gmail, LinkedIn, Slack, GitHub, or others).
  3. Click Connect and authorize Jetwork through the OAuth prompt. We only request the minimum permissions needed.
  4. Jetwork begins syncing your data in the background. Initial sync typically takes 2-5 minutes depending on data volume.
  5. Once sync completes, your contacts appear on the dashboard with relationship scores and interaction history.

You can connect multiple data sources. Jetwork uses AI-powered entity resolution to automatically merge duplicate contacts from different platforms into unified profiles.

LinkedIn is one of the most valuable data sources for professionals. There are two ways to import your LinkedIn contacts:

Option 1: Direct OAuth connection

  1. Go to Integrations and click Connect LinkedIn.
  2. Authorize through LinkedIn's OAuth flow.
  3. Jetwork syncs your connections, including names, titles, companies, and shared interactions.

Option 2: LinkedIn data export (CSV)

  1. On LinkedIn, go to Settings > Data Privacy > Get a copy of your data.
  2. Select Connections and request the archive. LinkedIn sends you a download link via email (usually within 10 minutes).
  3. Download and unzip the file. Inside you will find Connections.csv.
  4. In Jetwork, go to Integrations > Import CSV and upload the file.
  5. Jetwork maps the columns automatically and imports your connections with names, emails, companies, positions, and connection dates.

Both methods trigger automatic entity resolution, so if a LinkedIn contact already exists from another source (like Gmail), they will be merged into one unified profile.

Your Jetwork dashboard is the central hub for all your relationship intelligence. Here is what you will find:

  • Left sidebar: Navigation to all major sections -- Contacts, Galaxy, Knowledge, AI Requests, Integrations, and Settings.
  • Contact list: Your unified address book showing all contacts with relationship scores, last interaction dates, and quick-access tags.
  • Search bar: Natural language search across your entire network. Ask questions like "who do I know at Sequoia" or "people I haven't talked to in 6 months."
  • Activity feed: Recent interactions synced from your connected data sources, showing emails sent, meetings held, and messages exchanged.
  • Quick stats: Total contacts, active connections, interaction frequency, and network growth over time.

You can customize your dashboard layout and default views in Settings.

Connections & Integrations

Jetwork uses OAuth 2.0 to connect to your external accounts. OAuth is the industry-standard protocol that lets you grant Jetwork access without ever sharing your password.

How it works:

  1. When you click "Connect," you are redirected to the third-party service (Google, LinkedIn, Slack, etc.).
  2. You review the exact permissions Jetwork is requesting and approve them.
  3. The service sends Jetwork a secure token that grants the permissions you approved -- nothing more.
  4. Jetwork stores this token securely via Nango (our integration security partner) and uses it to sync data on your behalf.

You can revoke access at any time from either Jetwork's Integrations page or from the third-party service's connected apps settings. Tokens are automatically refreshed and rotated for security.

Jetwork currently supports the following data sources:

  • Google (Gmail + Contacts): Email metadata, contact details, and interaction history.
  • LinkedIn: Connections, profiles, companies, and titles via OAuth or CSV import.
  • Slack: Direct messages, channel interactions, and workspace contacts.
  • GitHub: Collaborators, issue interactions, and pull request activity.
  • Calendar (Google Calendar): Meeting history, attendees, and scheduling patterns.
  • CSV Import: Upload any structured contact data from other CRMs, spreadsheets, or exports.

We are actively adding new integrations. See our full Integrations page for the latest list and upcoming platforms.

LinkedIn allows you to export a full archive of your data. Here is a detailed walkthrough:

  1. Request your data: Log into LinkedIn, go to Settings > Data Privacy > Get a copy of your data. Select "Connections" (you can also select other categories). Click "Request archive."
  2. Wait for the email: LinkedIn will email you a download link, usually within 10 minutes but sometimes up to 24 hours for large archives.
  3. Download and unzip: Click the link in the email to download a .zip file. Unzip it on your computer.
  4. Find the file: Look for Connections.csv in the extracted folder. This contains first name, last name, email, company, position, and the date you connected.
  5. Upload to Jetwork: In Jetwork, navigate to Integrations > Import, click Upload CSV, and select the Connections.csv file.
  6. Map columns: Jetwork auto-detects LinkedIn's CSV format and maps the columns for you. Review the mapping and click Import.
  7. Entity resolution: Jetwork automatically deduplicates and merges contacts that already exist in your network from other sources.

After import, your LinkedIn contacts will appear with enriched profiles including any data Jetwork can match from other connected sources.

Google (Gmail + Contacts):

  1. Go to Integrations and click Connect Google.
  2. Select the Google account you want to connect.
  3. Approve the requested permissions (read email metadata, contacts, and calendar events).
  4. Jetwork syncs email interaction history, contact details, and meeting data. We read email metadata (sender, recipient, subject, timestamps) -- not full email body content by default.

Slack:

  1. Click Connect Slack and select your workspace.
  2. Approve the requested scopes.
  3. Jetwork imports workspace members and syncs direct message and channel interaction data to build relationship signals.

GitHub:

  1. Click Connect GitHub and authorize with your GitHub account.
  2. Jetwork syncs collaborators from your repositories, tracking issue comments, pull request reviews, and code collaboration patterns.

All connections use secure OAuth and can be disconnected at any time from the Integrations page.

Jetwork supports outgoing webhooks that let you connect to automation platforms like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), and n8n.

Setting up webhooks:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Webhooks.
  2. Click Add Webhook and paste the URL from your Zapier Zap or Make scenario.
  3. Select the events you want to trigger the webhook (new contact added, relationship score changed, tag applied, etc.).
  4. Save and test the webhook with a sample payload.

Common automations:

  • Add new Jetwork contacts to your CRM automatically.
  • Get Slack notifications when a relationship score drops below a threshold.
  • Sync starred contacts to a Google Sheet for team visibility.
  • Trigger follow-up reminders in your task manager when you haven't contacted someone in 90 days.

For more advanced integrations, see our API documentation.

Features

The Network Galaxy is Jetwork's signature 3D visualization of your entire relationship network. It renders your contacts as nodes in an interactive 3D space, with connections drawn between people who are linked in your network.

  • Node size reflects relationship strength -- the more interactions you have with someone, the larger their node.
  • Node color represents the data source (e.g., purple for LinkedIn, blue for Gmail, green for Slack).
  • Connections between nodes show shared relationships, mutual contacts, and co-occurrences across data sources.
  • Clusters form naturally around groups -- your college friends, work colleagues, investors, etc.

You can zoom, rotate, and click on any node to view that contact's full profile. The Galaxy helps you discover connections and patterns you might never notice in a flat list.

AI Requests let you ask natural language questions about your network and get instant, intelligent answers. This is Jetwork's most powerful feature.

Example queries:

  • "Who do I know at Goldman Sachs?"
  • "Find me founders in AI that I've met in the last 6 months"
  • "Who introduced me to Sarah Chen?"
  • "People I should reconnect with this quarter"
  • "Common connections between me and Mark at Sequoia"

The AI engine searches across all your connected data sources, understands context and relationships, and returns ranked results with supporting evidence (specific emails, meetings, or interactions that match your query).

On the free plan you get a generous number of AI requests per month. Pro and Power plans offer higher limits.

Every contact in Jetwork receives a relationship score from 0 to 100 that reflects the strength and recency of your connection.

Factors that influence the score:

  • Interaction frequency: How often you communicate (emails, messages, meetings).
  • Recency: Recent interactions weigh more heavily than older ones.
  • Reciprocity: Two-way communication scores higher than one-way outreach.
  • Channel diversity: Contacts you interact with across multiple platforms (email + Slack + meetings) score higher.
  • Duration: Long-standing relationships with consistent interaction receive a stability bonus.

Scores update automatically as new interactions are synced. You can use scores to identify relationships that need attention, surface your strongest connections, and prioritize outreach.

The Knowledge page is your personal brain for relationship intelligence. It collects and organizes key facts, context, and insights about your contacts.

Brain entries are automatically extracted facts such as:

  • A contact's current company and role
  • Topics discussed in recent conversations
  • Mutual connections and introduction paths
  • Key dates (when you first connected, last meeting)
  • Professional interests and expertise areas

You can also add manual brain entries -- things you learn in conversations that are not captured digitally. For example, after a coffee meeting you might note that someone is looking to raise their Series A or that their kid just started college.

Brain entries are searchable via AI Requests, so anything you store becomes queryable intelligence.

Commonality shows you everything two contacts have in common: shared companies, mutual connections, overlapping interaction patterns, common tags, and similar professional backgrounds. This is invaluable for warm introductions and finding conversation starters.

Degrees maps the shortest path between you and any person in your extended network. Like LinkedIn's connection degrees, but powered by all your data sources, not just one platform.

  • 1st degree: People you interact with directly.
  • 2nd degree: People connected to your direct contacts.
  • 3rd degree: Extended network reachable through two intermediaries.

For any contact, Jetwork shows the optimal introduction path -- who to ask for an intro and the strength of each link in the chain.

Jetwork gives you multiple ways to organize and annotate your contacts:

Tags: Create custom tags like "Investor," "Founder," "Advisor," or "Conference Q1" and apply them to any contact. Tags are searchable and filterable, so you can instantly pull up everyone tagged "LP" or "Technical Hire."

Notes: Add free-form notes to any contact profile. Notes are timestamped and searchable via AI Requests. Use them for meeting takeaways, follow-up reminders, or any context you want to remember.

Starring: Star important contacts to pin them to the top of your contact list for quick access. Starred contacts also get priority in search results and briefings.

All three features work across the platform -- you can filter the Galaxy by tag, search notes in AI Requests, and see starred contacts front and center on your dashboard.

You can export your entire contact database or filtered subsets as a CSV file at any time.

  1. Go to Contacts in the sidebar.
  2. Optionally apply filters (by tag, relationship score, date range, etc.).
  3. Click the Export button in the top-right corner.
  4. Choose your export format (CSV or JSON).
  5. The file downloads containing all contact fields: name, email, company, title, tags, relationship score, last interaction date, and notes.

Exports respect your current filters, so you can export just your investors, just contacts from a specific company, or your entire network. Your data is always yours to take with you.

Account & Billing

The Jetwork free plan is generous enough for individual use and includes:

  • Up to 500 contacts across all connected data sources.
  • AI Requests: A monthly allocation of natural language queries against your network.
  • Network Galaxy: Full access to the 3D visualization.
  • 2 data source connections (e.g., Gmail + LinkedIn).
  • Tags, notes, and starring: Full access to organizational features.
  • CSV export: Export your data at any time.

When you approach the 500-contact limit, Jetwork will notify you. New contacts stop syncing once you hit the cap. You can upgrade to a paid plan or remove existing contacts to make room.

Upgrading unlocks higher contact limits, more data sources, and additional features.

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Choose your plan: Pro (5,000 contacts, unlimited sources) or Power (unlimited contacts, priority AI, team features).
  3. Select monthly or annual billing. Annual plans save roughly 20%.
  4. Enter your payment details. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.
  5. Your upgrade takes effect immediately. Additional contacts begin syncing right away.

See our Pricing page for full plan comparisons and current pricing.

You can manage all billing and subscription details from Settings > Billing:

  • View current plan: See your plan tier, billing cycle, and next payment date.
  • Update payment method: Change your credit card or payment information.
  • View invoices: Download past invoices for expense reporting.
  • Switch plans: Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Cancel subscription: Cancel your paid plan. You retain access until the end of the current billing period, then your account reverts to the free tier.

If you downgrade to the free tier with more than 500 contacts, your data is preserved but new syncing pauses until you are under the limit or upgrade again.

You can permanently delete your Jetwork account and all associated data:

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
  2. You will be asked to confirm by typing your email address.
  3. Click Permanently Delete.

Upon deletion:

  • All your contacts, notes, tags, and interaction history are permanently removed.
  • All connected OAuth tokens are revoked.
  • All brain entries and AI query history are deleted.
  • Your email is removed from our subscriber list.

This process is irreversible. We recommend exporting your data via CSV before deleting. Deletion completes within 30 days, and we retain no backups of your data after that period.

Privacy & Security

We take data handling seriously because your relationship data is deeply personal. Here is how we treat it:

  • Your data is yours. We never sell, share, or monetize your personal data or relationship information.
  • Minimal access. We only request the minimum permissions needed from each data source. For example, we read email metadata but not full email bodies by default.
  • Isolated storage. Every user's data is logically isolated at the database level using PostgreSQL Row Level Security. No other user can ever access your data.
  • AI processing. When you use AI Requests, your queries are processed in real-time. We do not use individual user data to train our AI models.
  • Transparent sub-processors. We use Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for infrastructure, Nango for OAuth, and OpenAI/Anthropic for AI processing. See our DPA for the full list.

Read our full Privacy Policy for complete details.

Jetwork uses multiple layers of encryption to protect your data:

  • At rest: All stored data is encrypted with AES-256, the gold standard used by banks and governments.
  • In transit: Every connection uses TLS 1.3, the latest transport security protocol with forward secrecy.
  • OAuth tokens: Integration tokens are stored and rotated securely by Nango, never in our primary database.
  • Backups: Database backups are encrypted and stored in isolated, access-controlled environments.

For more details, visit our Security page.

Jetwork is built to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Lawful basis: We process data based on your consent and our legitimate interest in providing the service.
  • Data minimization: We only collect data necessary for the features you use.
  • Right to access: You can request a full export of your data at any time.
  • Right to deletion: You can delete your account and all data within 30 days.
